Nintendo has announced that the official Pokémon TCG Pocket app will be released in late October for iOS. The app allows users to collect digital cards, build decks, and battle with friends.

The new app is free to download and is already available for pre-order in the App Store.

When the app is released, you’ll be able to collect Pokémon digital cards directly within it. Each day you open the app, you’ll receive two free packs. It’s expected that more cards will be available for purchase through in-app purchases.

In addition to card collecting, the app allows you to play Pokémon TCG. You can build your own decks, battle with friends, or play solo. [9to5]
